1. Service

Pinglo is a community lost-and-found service. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their posts and interactions.

2. Safety and conduct

• Do not post illegal, abusive, or fraudulent content.
• Do not impersonate others.
• Use in-app reporting and blocking for unsafe behavior.

3. Verification and returns

Claims require verification before full interaction. If used, private proof photos are for verification only and are auto-deleted 30 days after return confirmation.

4. User responsibility

Always arrange handoff in a public place. Do not share bank details, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data.

5. Content and moderation

Pinglo may limit or remove content and accounts that violate these terms or safety policies.

6. Liability

Pinglo provides tools for matching and communication but cannot guarantee outcomes of in-person exchanges.
